Fine Particles Classifier

Whizzer Separator

Summary

This Whizzer Separator is a forced-vortex-type centrifugal, pneumatic classifier. The typical example of this type of classifiers is a whizzer-type separator, which has been used to mill-mount on centrifugal roller mills, enabling you to classify particles into those of 100 to 20m.

Features
  • The simple construction provides advantages for maintenance and inspection.
  • The maximum degree of classifying efficiency makes the Whizzer Separator ideal for classification of materials of high adhesive property.
  • The simple shape of blade enables you to take anti-wear measures against materials of high wearing property and replace the worn blades with ease.
  • Coarse particles are primarily classified by ascending airflow at the bottom of the blades, enabling the classification of fine particles.
  • Easy mill-mounting on centrifugal roller mills.
  • Offering low cost.
