Die Lube Spray System
Spraying pre-fixed amount of die lubricant to the target point.

Servo-driven Auto Die Lube Spray Device
The spray head moves to the exact point by servomotor.
Spray pattern can be memorized and it makes tool changing time shorten. -
Die Lube Recovery System
Correcting the die lubricant below the press machine and circulating for re-use.
We will design the system for every kind of lubes such as oil type, water solvent type and graphite type.
Automatic Die Changer(QDC)
It can shorten the down time for changing tools.
The middle beams of Transfer system(TES) will be pulled out with the dies, and it makes exchanging the grippers easier.
